Resurrectio

Resurrectio is a musical journey that travels from the darkness of the tomb to the light of the Resurrection. Composed for a concert band, the work begins in minor keys, with a solemn and contemplative character, and then unfolds into a climax full of hope through a playful cadence that illuminates the finale. Each bar reflects the tension between death and life, silence and glorious light, inviting the listener to experience the victory of Life over death.

Resurrectio es un viaje musical que transita desde la oscuridad del sepulcro hasta la luz de la Resurrección. Compuesta para banda de música, la obra comienza en tonalidades menores, con un carácter grave y contemplativo, para luego desplegar un clímax lleno de esperanza mediante una cadencia picarda que ilumina el final. Cada compás refleja la tensión entre muerte y vida, silencio y gloriosa luz, invitando al oyente a experimentar la victoria de la Vida sobre la muerte.
